The NPC-M-4081 Multichannel Ceramic Membrane by Nano Palayesh Ceram (NPC) is engineered for ultra-high capacity industrial filtration. Featuring a 40 mm outer diameter and 81 circular channels, this membrane delivers approximately 0.977 m² of effective filtration area for demanding MF, UF and NF applications.
With 3.2 mm channel inner diameters, the NPC-M-4081 ensures optimized flow, minimized fouling, and high throughput. Constructed from advanced ceramic materials including Silicon Carbide, Zirconia, Alumina, Titania, Silica, and Mullite, it provides exceptional chemical, thermal (up to 300°C), and mechanical resistance. Fully compatible with CIP and backflush operations, it offers long-term operational stability.
