Single Tubes-1501
The NPC-S-1501 Single-Channel Ceramic Membrane is a tubular filtration element with a 15 mm outer diameter and a 9 mm internal channel designed for controlled micro- to ultrafiltration and Nanofiltration. With a total length of 1000 mm and a filtration area of 0.0471 m², it provides stable performance in applications requiring a single-channel flow path.
The membrane body is available in Alumina, Silicon Carbide, or Mullite, allowing selection based on chemical and mechanical requirements. Its surface can be coated with Zirconia, Alumina, SiC, Titania, Silica, or Zeolites to achieve targeted separation performance. The membrane supports and active layer pore sizes of 5, 3, 1, 0.5, 0.2, 0.1, 0.05, 0.02 and 0.005 microns and molecular sieving layer. Equal to 5000nm, 3000nm, 1000nm, 500nm, 200nm, 100nm, 50nm, 20nm, 5nm and molecular sieving layer.
