The NPC-M-4061 Multichannel Ceramic Membrane by Nano Palayesh Ceram (NPC) is engineered for industrial-scale filtration processes requiring high surface area and enhanced channel density. With a 40 mm outer diameter and 61 circular channels, this membrane delivers approximately 0.575 m² of effective filtration area within a robust ceramic structure.
Featuring a 2.5 mm channel inner diameter, the NPC-M-4061 is optimized for balanced flow dynamics and reduced fouling tendency. Manufactured from advanced ceramic materials such as Silicon Carbide, Zirconia, Alumina, Titania, Silica, and Mullite, it provides exceptional resistance to aggressive chemicals, extreme temperatures up to 300°C, and demanding cleaning cycles.
Its inside-out filtration mode combined with axial feed flow ensures stable permeation, high efficiency, and long operational lifetime in microfiltration, ultrafiltration and nanofiltration applications.
