The NPC-M-4037 Multichannel Ceramic Membrane by Nano Palayesh Ceram (NPC) is designed for high-throughput industrial filtration applications requiring larger channel diameters and enhanced structural strength. With a 40 mm outer diameter and a 37-channel configuration, this membrane provides an optimal balance between flow capacity, mechanical robustness, and filtration efficiency.

Featuring a 3.6 mm channel inner diameter, the NPC-M-4037 is optimized for high volumetric flow and reduced fouling tendency. Manufactured from advanced ceramic materials including Silicon Carbide, Zirconia, Alumina, Titania, Silica, and Mullite, this membrane offers outstanding resistance to extreme temperatures, aggressive chemicals, and demanding industrial cleaning protocols.

Its inside-out filtration mode and axial feed flow path ensure stable permeation, long service life, and compatibility with both new installations and retrofit systems.
