The NPC-M-3049 Multichannel Ceramic Membrane by Nano Palayesh Ceram (NPC) is engineered for high-throughput filtration systems where maximum surface area and compact module design are critical. Featuring a 30 mm outer diameter and an ultra-dense 49-channel configuration, this membrane delivers an exceptionally large effective filtration area of approximately 0.554 m² within a small footprint.
Manufactured from advanced ceramic materials including Silicon Carbide, Zirconia, Alumina, Titania, Silica, and Mullite, the NPC-M-3049 provides outstanding chemical, thermal, and mechanical stability. Its inside-out filtration mode and axial flow path ensure efficient permeation, making it ideal for demanding MF, UF and NF processes operating under extreme conditions.
